2/ A bit more sales know-how
If you know who Hormozi is, there is no point in introducing. For those who don’t, give this video a try. Alex has a great ability to explain business concepts in a very actionable way.

3/ Andrew Wilkinson’s book called “Never enough”
I finished this book two days ago. I loved every page of it and could relate to it a lot. As someone who has experienced the joys and pains of running an agency, this book covers it all.
It made me realize that all agency owners face the same problems: bad clients, employees, cash flow issues, life on the brink of bankruptcy, and in many cases, bankruptcy itself.
I appreciated the helicopter view on things.
4/ Indie hackers building micro SaaS for sub audiences
Solid approach. With the rise of No Code, or even better, AI-assisted development, you can solve specific problems for micro audiences because you can get things out there cheaply and quickly.
I'm not an indie hacker myself, but I like the proposed approach compared to the traditional approaches many founders I speak to take.
My playbook for micro SaaS startups to get to $10k/mo in 3 months:

1. Identify a popular SaaS.
2. Identify one sub-audience you understand who uses it.
3. Identify one feature that's used the most by 10% of that sub-audience.

This idea comes from Hormozi’s video. He speaks about supply vs. demand constrained businesses. One of his commenters took it a step further and made a list.
