TSN #19 - Newsletter T-junction

20th issue is around the corner, time to adjust direction, your vote counts

Hey! 👋

As we approach our 20th issue milestone, it's time for some real talk. We're at a crossroads, and I'm inviting you to be the GPS. Why? Because it's time to niche down and focus on the type of content that TSN is bringing.

Today will be all about you and your simple one click vote. I have couple of ideas about TSN’s next directions and I need your help. Below is a poll and 4 idea pitches.

The next 20 issues of TSN

Niching down isn't just a buzzword - it's about delivering more value to you. By focusing on a specific area, we can dive deeper, provide more actionable insights, and really hone in on what matters most to you.

So, every Sunday for the next 20 weeks, we'll be zeroing in on one of these four areas. But which one? That's where you come in. Let's vote:

Not ready to vote, read the pitches below:

1. Non-Tech Idea Sunday

Each week, we'll serve up a fresh, non-techy business idea complete with market insights and an actionable example from some corner of the world. It's like having a brainstorming session for new business ideas.

2. AI use-case a week across non-tech industries

Each week, one AI use-case for a non tech industry paired with implementation action steps. It's AI with training wheels, designed for those of us who think 'Python' is just a large snake.

3. TSN stays as it is today

Yup, pretty much what we have now, a wide selection of topics from idea generation to launch. The anti niche thesis.

4. Founder traps Sunday

Your weekly dose of business red flag detector. I’ll look into the common traps and problems that are associated with running a company. I fell into them, also have many friends who did too, so why not round them up and analyse them.

Your vote will shape the next 20 Sundays of TSN. It's like choosing the next season of your favourite show, but with less drama and more practical business advice. The choice is yours!

Looking forward to see the poll results. As always, if you have an “ask” for a topic, email me!

See you in a week!
